In 2023, the Department for Sport and Culture awarded us funding through The Million Hours Fund, aimed at providing one million hours of affordable youth activities across the most deprived areas of the UK. We ran 15 gaming days over the 12 months, but have developed such a fantastic group of keen gamers, that we have opted to continue running the days after the end of the funded project.
Our gaming days run 12pm – 5pm in The Games Shop Aldershot during the school holidays. They are aimed at ages 11 – 17, and are run by an experienced gaming / SEN team.
Thank you to the National Lottery Community Fund and the Department for Digital, Culture, Media, and Sport for jointly organising funding for this project through the Million Hours Fund.
