Consultancy

We want you to feel empowered in improving your inclusion practices, and confident supporting people to achieve their potential.

We are now able to offer consultancy services to local schools, businesses and community groups, to support them in making their services and workplace more accessible to neurodivergent members.

Every penny of profit made from consulting is spent supporting neurodivergent young people through our community outreach programme, and producing essential resources for parents & professionals.

When you ask us to provide consultation for your organisation, we visit on-site and assess current levels of accessibility across a diverse range of criteria, and work alongside you to develop a bespoke roadmap to improve neurodivergent accessibility.

Why Choose Us?

Lived Experience

All of our consultants are neurodivergent themselves and so have direct experience of accessibility issues.  We are confident in being able to identify accessibility need within your organisation.

Proven Impact

We have proven the impact as a result of our work (see our impact report for more detail).  With a track record of success, you can be assured we will provide neuro-affirming advice that will improve your practices.

Matched to Your Need

Consultants with experience that matters to YOU, eg. for a school we would provide a consultant who is a qualified teacher, but a home educating parent would be matched with an experienced home educator.

FAQ'S

Are you a Charity or Not-For-Profit?

We are a Not for Profit Community Interest Company (CIC), working towards our charitable objectives. Any donations you make towards any services we offer go towards creating more opportunities for you and your young people.

What are your rates?

Our consultancy services are discussed on a case by case basis, whether you just need a guest speaker for a training session or a complete top to bottom overhaul we can help. We are competitively priced, but also every penny gets funnelled back into our work as a not-for-profit CIC to produce resources for businesses and parents, as well as benefit our community outreach programmes.
